How do you get commercial waste collected?
Arrange to get your commercial waste collected by following these steps:
1. Get a quote online
It only takes a minute to get a quick, free quote for commercial waste collection. Simply start an online quote and follow the process by entering:
- Your postcode and address
- The type of waste for disposal – you can choose more than one
- Preferred bin size(s) – depending on the waste type
- The number of each bin you need – one, two, three, four or more
- How often you want your waste bins collecting – usually every one or two weeks
Then just fill in your name, contact number, and email address to receive your instant bespoke quote.
2. Pay for just your waste collection
Happy with your quote? Proceed and provide your payment information. Bins and their delivery are free, with no hidden costs – you only pay for collection. Plus, we provide your duty of care certificate for free.
If your quote isn’t quite right, you can easily go back a few steps and amend your location, waste type, bin size and amount, and collection frequency for a fast new quote.
3. Provide site access details
It’s important you let us know where you want the bins dropping off and any access restrictions. These include:
- How far the bins will be from a public/access road – accessible by a vehicle five metres wide
- Any steep gradients, steps, loose or dangerous surfaces encounterable when delivering or collecting the bin(s)
- What time the bin(s) can be delivered and collected
- If we need a key or access code to get into the site
- Whether ‘out of hours’ calls will upset any neighbours
This simply helps us arrange a convenient, smooth delivery and collection of your requested waste bins that works for you and our drivers.
4. Fill your bins
Once you’ve ordered and paid for your bins, sit back and relax! We’ll deliver your bins at the agreed time, so you can fill them up with your waste.
Then leave them at the accessible location ahead of the agreed collection time and we’ll do the rest, taking care of all your paperwork as well.
5. Get a tree planted for every customer
Reducing waste and offsetting CO2 emissions is important – especially when dealing with commercial waste. To give back to the environment, we plant a tree for every new customer (that’s you!). And with our green pledge to recycle as much as possible, we keep your collection fees lower than the competition.
